The following table has been slightly edited from the original IERS document.
The changes are that the two sub-tables 8.3a and 8.3b have been merged, that
the last digit has been reintroduced in the UT1 columns and that the LOD
columns have been removed as the corresponding values are computed by
analytical differentiation from the UT1 values, thus matching the interp.f file.
