Commercial Use License for vizmath

This license is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and the author of vizmath (the "Licensor") for the use of vizmath software (the "Software"). By using, copying, or distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

1. Grant of License: Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Software for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this License.

2. Restrictions: Licensee shall not modify, make derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Adaptations and Derivatives: This license expressly forbids the creation, distribution, or commercial exploitation of adaptations, modifications, or derivative works that replicate the core functionality or algorithms of vizmath in any other programming language or environment, without obtaining a separate, explicit commercial license agreement that specifically grants such rights. 3. Payment: Licensee agrees to pay Licensor a license fee for the use of the Software for commercial purposes. The fee amount, payment terms, and conditions will be agreed upon separately between Licensor and Licensee.

4. Termination: This License shall terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this License. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
